Crab Corn Soup

Seafood, especially crabs, has a higher interest compared to other marine animals. Despite being sold at a higher price than others, the crabs still get a lot of attention from the lover. By using the crab, we can actually make soup with crab with additional corn.

The crab corn soup provides a variation of corn soup using sausage and chicken slices. Sometimes people or even members of your family are too saturated with soup alone. Serve this crab corn soup for your family!

Ingredients :

  • 300 g of its large crab meat to taste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ pepper white powder
  • 1 tbsp oil, for sautéing
  • 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 2 cm ginger, crushed
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1½ liters of chicken broth
  • 100 grams of sweet corn
  • ½ teaspoon pepper powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Ingredient Soup:

  • 1 chicken egg and shake off
  • 50 ml of water
  • 2 tablespoons starch or cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

How to make:

  1. Mix together crab meat with soy sauce, cornstarch. Set aside in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil, saute garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add the soy sauce and chicken broth, stir well. Boiled with medium fire, to get a more perfect maturity level.
  4. Enter the sweet corn and pour the egg mixture, stirring quickly until it is stringy and thickened.
  5. Spread salt and pepper. Stir well. Lift.
  6. Serve with a heat-resistant cup.
  7. If you tend to like a slightly spicy flavor can add pieces of cayenne and mix with soy sauce.
  8. Can also add 1 can (256 grams) of asparagus cut to taste, which is put together with the crab meat.
